One of the largest travel agencies of Saint-Petersburg “Deir Tour” faced the problem of efficient organization of its offices.
To solve this problem, we developed an intranet system that fully automated the operation of all offices and made it transparent for management. The system allows the management of unified tourist requests, and contains a detailed database of customers and staff, internal chat and forum. In addition, the system automatically generates a package of documents for travelers, and sends notices for receipt of tickets, early check-in and other events to managers and clients using e-mail and SMS.
Thanks to the system the company’s profit grew by 23% in three months.
