Deir Tour, a major travel agency in St. Petersburg, needed a solution to effectively coordinate the operation of its offices. The system allows the management of unified tourist requests, and contains a detailed database of customers and staff, internal chat and forum. In addition, the system automatically generates a package of documents for travelers, and sends notices for receipt of tickets, early check-in and other events to managers and clients using e-mail and SMS.
